your biology seeking to gain control in what ever aspect they can think of to benefit them
like activating or deactivated neurons if theyve teatherd you , thats all it takes
if they can get the beacon inside of you to receive signals then it will start winning some very small battles against you neurons wich are your switches for your actions you wish to make
its going to depend upon factors like diet and location like i said some of the time they will be able to get there little small victories , entering you somehow and able to transmit and receive commands and perform applications on neurons blood ect
