Jesse Ventura thinks Donald Trump was sent to destroy the GOP from within

Ventura has been friends with Donald Trump for the last 25 years, and he claims that “Donald Trump is not a dumb man,” despite reports that say he and his campaign have gone off the rails. Ventura also is “glad to see” that Trump is destroying the Republican Party from the inside out.

In an op-ed from TIME magazine, the former Minnesota governor touted the successes he had forming the Reform Party in the 1990s, but blamed Pat Buchanan for its demise.

“Buchanan came in with these legions of people (who were backed by the Republican Party) and took over the Reform party, got the nomination and then didn’t even run,” Ventura wrote. “Buchanan took the money we raised (at that point, we had quite a large national base thanks to Ross Perot and myself) and he used that money to retire his previous campaign debts.”

Ventura makes the claim that Buchanan was a spy sent to destroy the Reform Party from the inside on behalf of the GOP.

“Well, Trump was there then. He saw it,” Ventura wrote. “And I believe he’s doing the same thing to the Republicans that they did to us.”

Trump has a very similar pattern of conduct.  He takes a story that is or should be crippling to obama or Hillary, and makes a lie about it, and then diverts attention away from the conduct of obama and hillary and brings it on to himself thereby giving them cover and making himself look bad.

He moronic followers think he is attacking them when in reality he is giving them cover.

If you look at the Birther issue once that got traction - he usurped Arpaio who was doing good. 

He did it w Khan and the military family once the attention was hillary lying to the benghazi families

He just did it lying about the plane w the case in Iran.

He did it with the refugees claiming there are 100's of thousands here when that is not true - however it is true hillary wants like 65k here. 

He does it over and over again and his MO is becoming quite obvious.

In order for a conservative to accept Trump is tanking it, they'd have to agree with Esquire, Mother Jones, or HuffPost.  So they'll fight it.  Heck, on getbig, if Coach were to wake up and think "ya know, maybe trump IS doing this on purpose", he'd have to agree with 240, a shitbag lib who's been saying it since 2011.  So it's easier to just double down on the trump incompetence excuse.  Getting thinner every day.

Trump is NOT a guy who wants to spend 14 hours a day reading intelligence briefs and pushing boring legislation, and dealing with foreign headaches regarding issues which have been present for decade and are unsolveable.   

He hustles, he is very media-shrewd, he likes to make high profile deals and cut ribbons - but he's 70, he's had a lifetime of luxury, and his own living room is nicer than anything the White House has to offer.   It'd be a step down in his golden years, to deal with bullshit all day.   Trump is very successful, but he is a pampered man who usually WALKS AWAY when shit goes south - a President has to just sit in the shit and try to doggy paddle.   

The job of President is not a good fit for him.  ANd he didn't get any wiser on things - he didn't bother paying attention and learning things, he didn't bother just reading WIKI for an hour a day and getting wise on global topics. 

Either his mind is succumbing to the stress (like we saw with Ben Carson in November/December), or he's trying to lose.  I've thought all along, he is just running to troll, for fun, to make a statement, to intro his network, or just to give his wedding buddy the job.  Whichever, the fact remains his candidacy is not a sincere one.   I'm finding fewer and fewer getbiggers who will say trump's campaign is a sincere one.
