ndrangheta mafia who operate out of Italy and have most powerful members residing in canada due to lack if organized crime laws.

Most powerful mafia in the world.

Can't forget asian triads too they go almost undetected.

In the US Italian mob is weak due to Rico laws.

Honestly tho,where I'm from in NJ there was a huge mafia influence up until mid to late 90s. Now it's "muskrat mobsters" or a few small crews and not even Italian anymore.
   The Ukrainians have taken over alot of things like escort services, loan sharking, etc...
