Home Gym
« on: August 30, 2016, 12:19:54 AM »
There is a home for sale about a mile from mine that has a pretty nice home gym. The house has 15,000 sq. ft. so the gym size is proportionate. I'm not looking to move just now, but if you're interested this place which is riverfront with an infinity pool and tennis courts is on the market for just under $10 mil.

Quite the place- but I'll stick to my Lifetime Fitness for $50 a month, haha

That is just wasted space and the gym is not hardcore. Something a lady or an old man into fitness might want to work out in.

Even if you had, you'd be a fool to just purchase one property with it.

Not a lot of 20 year old people with $10 mil to spend on a house and whatever it costs to equip that gym.....so yes, the owners are likely middle aged. There's lots of current and retired Trailblazers living in West Linn.
