Greetings Fellow Getbiggers, Ladies, Gentleman and Constituents,
Tonight, after your winding down, shutting your engines down, recharging your battery and getting yourselves back in neutral. Think about one thing you did today that was positive. It could be helping out a coworker, buying Starbucks for the person behind you, donating goods or services to the local shelter or church, ANYTHING.
If you can't well, instead of beating yourself up, think about what behavior you can change the next day to make yourself more positive. Don't go to bed mad, disgusted or sad. This exercise is not about negatives but fine tuning you into a more productive person.
