Black Squirrels Matter...

Aside from only seeing these critters in Princeton NJ, I've now seen them here in NYC...

  Known as "dindu nuffinus" they survive on handouts from the working man, pilfering acorns from other squirrels and feel as tho "the man" is keeping them down...

Alright, look.  Black squirrels fight with brown squirrels and target the brown squirrels' nuts, so that's why black squirrels are displacing brown squirrels in Princeton.  That is the information as I received it while standing on Nassau St between PJ's and Thomas Sweets.  Idk if it's true but both those places had great eats.

hell no i didn't go to school there...had friends that lived in the area so we'd go to the center for the bars and of course the CD Exchange. Not sure if it's still there as I haven't been there in about 10yrs. But that is the only area I've seen these squirrels in "joisey" if that's better. Not sure why they're concentrated in this particular area...maybe the government has special incentive programs for them...keep their breeding to one place and all the nuts they can eat for free.
