Men in general should not resort to cosmetic surgery.

Fake appearance, which usually is the result of cosmetic surgery, is not valued on men.
We have been accustomed to fake appearance on women and that's why it is viewed mostly positively.

We men have basically two options: born handsome or die ugly.

Naw the Rock was cracked out of his mind. Didn't sound prepared and winged it. Made a bad joke about weed. Probably not the best place to be talking any kind of drugs. Watch the video of the Rock holding the trophy waiting for Phil to be called the winner. He didn't know what to do with himself.
