Why settle for an eight-pack when a ten-pack is doable?

To be at 2.8% bodyfat and eyeballing 2.4%...and do it NATURALLY through diet and steady state cardio...is no small feat. But the dividends of going from an eight to a ten pack are just too damn handsome.
