When I diet I eat 12 or 18 eggs a day....that's it. No problem what so ever with any of my blood work. To be honest, I have bought cheap eggs all the way up to farm eggs that were very expensive. Guess what? Couldn't tell the difference. That's when dieting...you are hungry and will eat anything. Now, when I'm just regular eating...I can tell a difference.
The problem is all you people and your palettes are way off. You've been raised on lack luster food all your lives. You go for quantity over quality.
You want a garbage pile of food instead of small great tasting portions. You are the uneducated serfs.
