1/2 lb ground beef
1/2 a bottle of ketchup
6 whole eggs
1 chopped onion
1/2 chopped green bell pepper
1/4 cup unflavored milk and egg protein powder
Brown beef in skillet over medium heat, when browned pour out excess fat. Add peppers and onions to skillet. Beat eggs in bowl then pour over beef in skillet, pour ketchup in. Stir until eggs have cooked then reduce heat. Pour in unflavored protein powder and stir in. Let sit on low heat for 7 minutes, and enjoy.
