Getting back into gym/gear-advice needed brulz
« on: November 03, 2016, 06:11:55 PM »
If one was natty for a year, semi lazy in terms of training...and then was to use like 400-500mg of test, how should he train to get back into the swing and really put on lean mass? just the heavy basics, or does there need to be a waste of time with db curls and leg curl machine etc? more instinctual training good (want to do delts, so just do em, for example. fuck a split)?.  is that good for this situation, or no?

bench, presses, deads, and some rows. heavy as possible?

Moderate rep, moderate set, moderate intensity. Something like the 10 x 10 stuff that Poliquin popularized works well, I've never seen an one not do well with it, if they put the time in. Yes, you need direct bicep work, etc...., you just don't need to be fanatical about it. Almost all of the powerlifting/strongman guys I know regret not doing it later on down the line.

Don't go too hard off the bat. Takes two weeks to really feel like you're yourself, albeit a lot weaker, softer and smaller.

Periodization is key. Ramp up the weights and volume, scale up the calories unless you got fat, and just run 500mgs of test or whatever makes you happy. If you're impatient like me you've got an oral in there to kickstart it, but as I get older I'm shying away from those.

Coming off a layoff I like to think about quality times in the gym, no pussy footing around but also staying very far removed from ego lifting. In and out. Morning fasted cardio. Decent, home cooked meals. Shouldn't take much more than that unless you're missing a piece of the puzzle.

If you want permanent gains from gear the best thing to do is get on a diet and lower your bodyfat before you start juicing, then use best as your base and add eq and deca and stay on for a year you will get lean muscle with low water retention and you will keep most of the gains when you come off.

Personally after being off gear and training sporadically you'd ideally want to be making the most of jumping back on and train the main lifts working up to a top set going for a rep max in the 6 to 10 range and try and progress this ever single week, then for the smaller lifts get 3 to 5 sets of 8 to 12 in, dosent matter just go all out on the top sets of the main excercise after a few month when gains slow then program the main lifts but in the beginning don't waste the gear fucking around go all out to gain on the main lifts

You're a lazy fucking piece of shit. You won't ever put in the the work, so no matter how much drugs you use, you'll have nothing to show for it. Realize you are a born slacker, and you will amount to nothing in any of life's endeavors.

Hope this helps.

That is because you idiots dont know how to juice properly if you just get big and bloated for course you are going to shrink down to nothing when you come off, but if you diet down got lean then took roids that does not give lots of water retention and stay on for a long time you will build lean muscle mass, of course you will lose some gains when you come off but you will keep most of it.

The only "juice" you know about is the steady stream of spermblast that gets injected past your floopy flop buttlips every day, you pole bopping taint slurping pile of shittard.

You've been reamed out from behind so many times your DNA has been programmed to give your offspring hip handles.

You couldn't find me - I'd smell the cloud of spermstink that surrounds you before you ever got close.  But even if you did, you'd trip over your shredded hanging buttlips and fall down if you ran after me.

Face it scrotumlicker, you suck.  Just like all your posts and threads suck and sucked when you were the gayner and I ran your gay ass off the board last time.

If you were World Series champion, your team would be the chiCOCKgo Rubs.  Get the fuck of this forum, you manlicking gaybo.

If you take gear for 10 years solid and then come off, after 6 months you will be at the same place as if you trained 10 years natty.
Steroids only build temporary muscle, its all fake.

But if a completely never trained individual started juicing when he started training, got to his natural limit, quit the drugs and continued training, he would keep gains correct?

I started with Max-OT.

Basically, 2 working sets per exercise, reps between 4-6 for the bigger muscle groups.

I was very happy with it, made good gains and gave me a good foundation of strength and confidence for when I added more volume, so could lift heavier when I did volume training.

no, steroid gains are totally artificial.

It's best to train for 40 minutes and train like 2 muscles at once with lots of super sets and lighter on the weight for a couple of weeks then bump it up

You should hop on some tren, test, & ugh - over eat like shit and stick to a strict regimen of curls in the squat rack and hours of upright rows all while maintaining a reverse vacuum to "train" your abs to protrude.

Train naturally and surrender to the realm that is natural bodybuilding. Or:

Take steroids and surrender to the realm that is juiced bodybuilding.

You can't have it both ways, fellas. Don't be the guy who tries to have the best of both worlds and gets big, then skinny fat with a soft dick for half the year, yo-yoing back and fourth and never being satisfied. Toss around all the anecdotes and mice studies you want though.

I personally decided to juice and went through all the ups and downs, but now I just stay on a moderately-low dose, feel better than I would naturally (because every juicer has lost that opportunity to feel normal) and I am completely content.
