So this dude at my gym said he noticed that he's never seen me do cardio. He's only seen my legendary bodybuilding workouts. He asked how the fuck do I have an eight pack with shredded intercostals and ripped serratus muscles. I told him I have no explanation other than a I am genetically blessed. I basically eat what I want and lift massive amounts of weights. No macros, micros, weighing food, tracking calories and all that stuff. Just lift like an animal and eat like a man. So far it's worked out great for me.
