Agreed in that I will never tip for takeout.I tip my trash man cause he takes anything,I tip mailman and good service in eat in restaurants,I tip casino valet extremely well as they hook me up and put my car right in front of door.Other than that everyone gets this tip from me,Don't stare directly at the sun and always use lube.

Trash man  ::)

Just this week we had quite a bit of wind, so the lid to  my trashcan lifted up and one bag of trash fell on the ground, I looked out my window and watched as he collected the trash from the trashcan using the automatic arm on the truck yet was too lazy to pick up the one bag that fell on the ground because of the wind storm.

It seems that everyone this week expects a bigger than normal tip.  Hair Cutters, Masseuse, car washers etc..  I avoid all of these services this week because a "regular" tip is not enough. they all want a bit more for christmas.  I'll continue my routine next week when the holiday is over.
I tip my house keeper, lawn service and garbage collector.

Do all of the aforementioned professionals know their client is an archaic simpleton with oilbag arms, MPB, and an aversion to sentence structure?

I don't tip because I use next to no 'services'. And when I do, well, I don't tip. It's just not a thing here. Very very occasionally I might but so rare I can't remember the last time I did tip.

I also don't go near shops (any time of year really) and buy online. I'm looking for convenience in my life, not adding bullshit by mixing with debt-laden peasants and being forced into inane conversations with shitheads looking for a handout.

You have to tip good becuse they rely on tips.  Their minimum wage pay isn't enough to live on.  But people who make min wage and don't get tips shouldn't have taken such a shit job.

Went to pick up some firewood yesterday and before I even got out of the pick up with my pair of gloves I already had 2 young go-getters loading up my truck.

I told them "Hell, I would help but then I guess I would just get in your your way"

They loaded up in no time. I broke em both off a couple dollars, wished them a Merry Christmas and was on my way in less than 5 minutes.
