Has anyone had it done, I'm getting the gap down up and the mesh put over it next month

It's no big deal. No lifting for a few weeks. First couple days do nothing then start moving around little by little.

Yeah I'm looking at four weeks off training but should be driving, working etc within a few days. I've been putting this off for too long and it's starting to look deformed so I'll be happy it's done
