It's not overly complicated it is just expensive.

Most of us knew that being President is complicated too, a fact that Trump is becoming more familiar with...

Affordable healthcare for 350 million people of varying financial backgrounds can never be easy.
The new plan will have just as many unhappy with it as the old. My guess is the poor will be hit hardest.
