I brokered a deal to rent a clients entire house in Thunderbird country club a couple years ago for Coachella week. Mexican cartel guy rented it and kinda trashed it. Didnt break anything, but the place was a mess. Beer bottles, tequila, soda cans, drug paraphernalia, piles/lines/bags of coke, xanax tabs, white capsules (i assume were molly), weed, joints, etc everywhere. Dude bought a dark blue Ferrari from up in Orange county just to drive around for a week. Also bought 3-4 queen size beds brand new to place on the floors where people slept (the place had 6 bedrooms but the master suite and hisngfs daughters room were off limits (house sold for i thin 4.6mil about 6 months later and he bought a 6mil home in temecula)... When the renter(s) left, they left everything. Beds, drugs, food and even some clothes/shoes. Paid $60k for 1 week... About the cost of his hottub and multicolor underwater lighting that cascaded down into the pool.
