If it weren't for this site, I'd have never known it was the Arnold this past weekend.

As others say, this lineup is the pits. Like, really, really underwhelming.

I've never made such a recommendation to anyone competing within a Pro event but my old recommendation  years ago for up and coming amateurs was : Find the bodyweight in which you look best .... and then take that bodyweight up to the max within that weight class.

That may not make too much sense to most Getbiggers but it always worked well.

Sorry to post this one but my memory bank once again got hit by another intelligent WES type comment.

So .... Blame him.
