Interesting read.

Especially in light that I remember how in 2012 Putin banned adoption of Russian children to USA after several horrible cases of child abuse of adopted children was revealed. One by two homosexual Americans.
What else did he know when making the decision... might never be known to us mortals. At least they now have to harvest from somewhere else, thanks to Putin. Getting more hate from sick western elite is small price compared to what the children might be saved from.

Hope he gave more funding to orphanages after that but that's another story.

Article is more about Putin being anti-pedo, promoting heavily the nuclear family idea.
And indeed, he has done quite good job at it considering where he had to start from.

This alone makes him the enemy of left in USA, EU whose ideology is the exact opposite.

This is crazy the difference between Obamas administration vs Trump when it comes to this issue. Only 400 arrests for one whole year? That's awful.

Is this really an administration thing?

It might be I suppose, but I would not think that Trump has had a chance to put any resources in place to start doing this.

Most likely these arrests are from investigations that started while Obama was in office, no?

Perhaps I'm just wrong though.

400 arrests is inexcusable for a whole year. Too substantial of a difference between the two numbers, IMO.

Even if they started investigating during Obamas time, he (or his constituents) clearly weren't  doing very much about it by the numbers. Something was holding them back it looked like. They just didn't magically complete and arrest to align with Trump becoming president.

I don't like posting misleading info so re read article to make sure that I wasn't missing anything. Notice the 1500 arrests is for sex trafficking and paedophelia while the 400 arrests is stated in article as being just for sex trafficking. 400 still is alarmingly low but I wonder if the author is switching stats or bulking them all together in the second group without specifically stating it again. May be over analyzing but don't like being mislead a bit if that is the case.

As stated, though, 400 is super low for just that area anyways but was this an attempt at making it look even more dramatic? I have no doubt that Trump will support the police, etc. better, however.
