BLESSINGS, Getbig!!! So it's 9/14/10 now so what the fuck is up?! You gotta be feeling that cosmic radiation! FEEL the transformative energies of the universe flowing through you more and more freely and effortlessly. Taking your personal concerns and vibrational anchors along with them. Your nerves are tingling as you breath the air, feel your heart beating in your chest while your mind is just the calm 'I' in the center of the storm. The storm is orderly chaos, billions of signals of information beyond what our ego can consciously identify with one at a time. Honor the vehicle that you occupy and act as if you lucked out and received the most valuable gift you'll ever receive-your body. It's a life force of potential and personality and creativity and apparently can be molded to anything our imagination can consciously or unconsciously influence!

That exercise called muscle-ups where you do a pull-up and then push your self up and over the top of the bar. I can do like 20 of those now. Could only do 3 when I started back in July!
