the height and weight limits are a good idea keeps things in check and you dont have to die for it condition wise being wearing manties with full coverage

Yeah they didn’t have it when I used to follow bodybuilding in college. The height and weight makes it simple but they don’t allow the most muscular pose which is one of my favorites seems strange they outlaw a pose.

Its a cool looking pose. I want a pic from my next show of the same pose and I can't do it in classic. They say pic a classic pose well classic bodybuilders did that pose it should be allowed. But yeah trying to get in the best shape you can for the classic weight limit at your height is a lot simpler and healthier than trying to get as big as possible for the Open
