VG says he's 6'3". What's really confusing is that these quotes are attributed to Arthur Jones:

Arthur Jones was a huckster who knew how to build a few good pieces of of equipment and marketed them well.
The whole "arm measurement" downplaying and bringing arnold and sergio down a couple notches reminds me of when you do a physical labour job and your pot bellied only one bodypart developed co-workers say that you don't need a gym when you do this job blah blah blah even though most end up throwing out their bodies at some point because they did not stay in shape off the worksite and strengthen their whole bodies. In essense, smoke and mirrors bullshit, the steel measure tape was probably set smaller by arthur so he could have them workout on his nautilus machines, get re measured etc on a different tape with bigger results because of nautilus
