can you get additional calf size by site injection? what has worked if anything?  Are there other means besides, implants, synthol, to generate actual muscle growth?  (given you have the training aspect correct.)

Ive actually tried both high reps lower weight, heavy weight lower reps. They all seem to help depending on your gentics.  Ive tried them currently im using heavy weight lower reps on my leg days once a week and theyre growing.  For me changing up the routine helps a lot. Since they are used so often they adapt i think

Yes.  Help me out.  It seems they think I'm hard on them because I simply don't take any shit.  I delete their thread, they whine.  I give them advice, they whine.  I tell them to run Testosterone with EVERY cycle, they whine.
