this has helped my this week , i havent even botherd with rewarding my self with drinking yet. i may drink tonite my workout this morning was barbell squat wide stance 90 pounds yes just 90 for 58 reps rest paused then knuckle pushups 16 full reps then lower back hamstring lifts i dont count the reps just for back health...i weigh 320never do narrow stance squatiing puts too much stress on kneessave ur knees n quads for fuckin ur girl doggystyleuse ur hams n glutes for squatting wide stance high reps great cardio effect
