i lift light but good form high reps , only compound lifts , and keep track of reps on a daily basis
i do basically the same 2 or 3 lifts everyday. avoid hitting tris and knees directly save these joints for compound lifts
my goal is to to increase repetitions in a rest paused fashion ,hoping to gradually increase work capacity 2 , 3 or more reps at a time
somedays i do less maybe i get weaker or its enviromental or sleep factors , failure is gonna happen
the key is to tally up week by week and try out do last week by atleast one rep, doing the same compound exercises gives u an accurate gauge of power
