Pretty good for a general interview. Some stuff I remember -
Podcast breakdown - First 45 minutes or so is very general getting to know you talk. The next hour and a quarter after that is the meat of the bodybuilding talk. Last hour is general drug and political talk.
Perfectly happy being smaller and able to do average guy stuff, because he knows he did his best as a bodybuilder. Works out more for general fitness, really likes yoga. Very broken down from the sport, especially rotator cuffs.
Claimed his first stack was just #20 mg of Dianabol, later adding in some Primbolan, Anavar.
Worked out on average #40 - 45 minutes, 4 x week, 6-8 reps, little more for legs. Now experimenting with shorter stuff.
Biggest offseason stack was around 2 grams, with the bulk being Test (around a gram) and Dianabol (40 - 50 mg a day). I forget the last drug, but he was big on Anavar and Primobolan. Claims to have added insulin and Growth Hormone very late in career. Said his stack is about 30% of what guys are taking now. Blames the internet.
Blames insulin and IgF for the guts. Believes it is visceral fat and bloat, but doesn't really know.
Shawn Ray gets a little jab thrown at him, claims Ray was small physically ( especially height ). Both him and Rogan laugh at him, and call him tiny (about an hour, 38 in).
Claims the guys are big, but lack quality. Dorian is big on graininess and density.
Levrone gets talked about, looked good for a 50 year old, but not a Mr. Olympia. Yates doesn't want to be an old dude constantly casing the past.
Said Phil has a weak chest, but no other real flaws.
Feels Bodybuilding is at a near all time low, and was sorta  about it.
