Afternoon gym sessions in two different areas.

Group of brothers hitting the bench press. After doing a major PB of 285lbs all of the brothers were yelling "SHABOOM"

Other gym, 2 white guys are leaving in their Sebring convertible blasting "My Sacrifice"  by Creed.

Levrone is done. Last place last year. Cannot even find the confidence to try to qualify this year. His legs packed up and moved to a retirement community years ago. Rear double bicep is the worst onstage. Skin looks old.

Remember a few years ago Kai Green was pretty big. There were guys in my gym wearing hoodies...when it was 95 degrees out.
