I've been doing a diet of approx 15% carbs, 20% protein and 65% fat.
The meal I eat the most consists of 75g of grass fed ground beef,1 large egg, 30g cooked sweet potato, 70g avocado and 1tsp avocado oil. I cook the beef add the egg towards the end then add it to a bowl of avocado and sweet potato. That meal is about 15grams of carbs, 20 grams protein, 35 grams of fat and 475 calories.
I'm still cutting body fat so I don't go above 2000 calories per day.
I was doing 5% carbs but I seemed to be overeating protein foods without realizing.
I'm down from 238 to 196 lbs in one year.
