If you don't like private companies setting prices in a free market leave America and go live in China or some other communist country.

Higher charges to insurance companies will no doubt raise premiums as they for sure won't burden the costs of a pricehike.
As for as the R&D goes, all his talk of developing a better product have yet to produce any results making it hard to believe it was an actual Robin Hood'esque affair. Nonetheless, it's not like a knocked the cocks out of whores mouth and cheated people out of medicine they needed. He's hardly the villain he's made out to be, just a guy that knows how to work the system. Good on him. The pseudo-gangster image he tries to measure himself by is a bit too much though.
