Gary Leonard .. to the best of my recollection ,,,, was the first and best at hitting an impressive pose ...circa 1965 or so
Considering that 1980 Nationals overall winner Gary Leonard is alive and well today at age 61, it's little wonder that he could pull off an impressive vacuum pose at age 9 in 1965. EDIT: But you're right, I'd forgotten about his impressive "rope" pose when he won the Nationals. Who could pull that off today??
Where is he now?
Been getting into vintage BB more and more as the freaks get bigger. I've now incorporated many vintage exercises to my routine.. Question about the vacuum pose.
