The Over 40 Abs Guy

Since I am YouTube junkie and I don't pay so I need to suffer through some commercials, I see the Over 40 abs guy all the time...you know...the one that looks a little like George W Bush.

I am 55, look younger than him, but trying to drop that last 15-20 lbs (currently 5-11, 205). Any chance he got to his "commercial" condition simply through diet?

Sorry if this has been covered before...I am kind of new here.

Im saying if its  not a gimmick account  you wont make it till 50 posts before you start banging your head on they keyboard ;D

Yes you can. Best way naturally to end up cut and hold some muscle is Lyle's Ultimate Diet 2.0. Add some test to that and you can look better than 95% people on the beach.
