So as an Uber Driver you are an "independent contractor"....manipulating the term so they don't have to pay minimum wage....overtime...worke rs comp...they went too far....some Uber drivers make half minimum wage...BUT...they own the means of production...revolutiona ry...if I can be an independent contractor to make Lyft rich...I can be an independent contractor for myself...What if I want to move peoples shit?...here in Los Angeles Ill get a truck and offer full moving anywhere within Los Angeles for $100 flat rate per move and make $500 a day..that SMOKES all professional moving companies..but you need a PUC moving license...insurance,etc...oh no...if Uber can do it...no license...qualifications ...nothing...I have a legal right...to move peoples shit in my own truck for half the price of rip off moving companies...no pay to play bullshit that keeps the rich rich and the poor slaves...letting the poor OWN the means of production is revolutionary and the 20 something Lyft executive millionaires on private jets dont realize what they just did....I want to open a restaurant...well...Busi ness license..pay the health department..liquor license..ensures only the rich can afford to open a restaurant..the poor must scrub dishes or wait tables..oh no...Im an independent contractor...I offer food service at my own price.....were seeing it already with the emergence of food trucks....they OWN the means of production and owning the means of production is the ONLY way to make money...If Lyft can play the "independent contractor" game to not pay workers....an average American can play the game too..without the financial barriers that the rich maintain....Whoever works the hardest gets the money...its coming..especially with the influx of Mexicans...most people are poor...we don't NEED the rich vote....you don't NEED to go to college i.e. show your daddy can pay for you to party and get certification with a degree that proves you are rich and will keep the system going for the rich....no more degrees...qualifications ...licensing fees....etc to keep the rich in power...whoever works the hardest gets the money...the way it should be....bye bye million dollar jobs for recent college grads at Uber while the workers sleep in their cars...no more $300 medications for "anxiety" or " depression" when Marijuana does it safer and cheaper.....its over you rich assholes...ya don't just get to be born into it anymore
