Implants?  Or Esiclene?  His calves looked red and swollen and irritated.

Tony Pearson had them for a while.  They detracted from his otherwise outstanding physique.  Calf implants are like a bad toupee--they're not fooling anybody and they just look ridiculous.

I believe they have been perfected since the 90:s. But i can be wrong. A good pair of implants would help out Dennis alot...

Darrem "Mr Natural" Charles physique has looked very similar even when he gained some weight and started winning contests back in the early 2000s.

When I first started out in the gym at Main Event (Sting and Luger's gym) there was a surgeon there that did almost everyone in the gym for a discount price.  They all looked nice but had the tell-tale scar behind the knee that stood out.  One guy went to another surgeon and his implants must have been done wrong because on the outside of the calves he had an oval red shape there.  Like a tiny surf board bulging under the skin.  The skin was always red and when he walked it looked really weird.  The first surgeon offered to correct it for him and he refused.  But a few years later he had them removed by someone else because he was having trouble walking and afterwards he ended up with nerve damage in the area and was confined to a wheel chair.   Wasn't even 30 years old either.
