He went through a pretty fierce legal battle against bb.com. I don't know what came out of it, but I guess he won because I saw his products being sold at Popeye's Suppments up here in Toronto. I asked the owner if Jim won the copyright battle now that he's selling his stuff outside bb.com and he told me that he thinks so, since they've only been able to stock the stuff a couple weeks ago. Rumor also has it that bb.com is in some financial troubles, so maybe they just settled quietly and parted ways?
