Whats your guys speculations on this he was hitting home runs as far as mcgwire,canseco and judge at 190lbs. There have been steroid possiblities but just your opinion he had more pop in history than anyone pound for pound. Mickey Mantle could run very fast also Ted Williams told Mickey if he could run that fast he would bat 400 every year.
Mickey was extremely talented and strong but he didnt face that many pitchers and as strong as the ones Canseco Ramirez Bonds Mcgwire and Judge had to deal with .... Mantle would face probably one pitcher that could throw over 90 mph per game and that will eventually wear out after 7th inning ...... now just about every pitcher throws over 90, plus you would have to face several pitchers in one game .
Those legends from the past are inmortals, therefore inflated' only compared to Gods and theres nothing we can do to bring reality to their accomplishments .....
while active, Canseco had the record for most HR over the green monster, and Manny Ramirez hit at least 2 of the longest HR in Fenway park history yet the record for longest HR there is reserved to Ted Williams although they didnt have the accurate measurements at that time.
