Even though some of my family members are heavily involved within the production of these super-hero movies, I've lost interest in the story-lines and am no longer interested outside of my interest in how the hell they were made ... "How the hell did they film that!!!" kind of stuff.

But now with all your great THE PUISHER comments .... I'll br taking a look and hopefully get my Super-Hero interest back on par once again.

I was about to say the same thing,  I like the real side of the punisher and batman. 2004 punisher is one of my favourite superhero movies.
About time batman was stripped back and given a real feel movie or series again.

This was the first comic I read in the 80's. I never got into X-Men or mutant stuff unless they crossed paths with the Punisher.  It was grounded in a somewhat normal world even through its all the same universe. Frank never did well against any of the spandex folks. He fought Wolverine at one point as well. The series was good...best of the Marvel netflix series but it just wasn't "The Punisher". Frank is a big dude....only reason he survives half the shit he gets into. He was was written and drawn as a wrecking ball....even the Garth Innis Vietnam and Punisher Max series had him as imposing figure. This guy was a small dude...good solid acting...but not Frank. Plus I didn't like a lot of the introspection. He kills people...hard to drag that out for 13 episodes so I get it. He was more Punisher like in the Daredevil series and if we get a season 2 I think it would look more like that.

The only annoying shit is the Arab actress. That is the Disney touch in having a strong female in their shows or movie. I say strong lightly. She’s like 80 pounds but can take down 200 pound special forces Guys.
