I met the man at the Arnold's. He's lucky if he can squeeze out 5'10" today from his once mighty 6'1.5"-6'2" frame. Here he is having a sit down interview with Bob Chic post competition. Poor Arnold. His entire upper body has compressed like an accordion. His neck is gone and his legs are so much shorter now too (probably due to his hip replacement and possibly knee as well). Aside from that, good interview none the less.

Only 70. The average male will have lost a mere 1.18" by 70 (2" for women) and 2" by 80 (3.25" for women). He has over tripled that amount for a 70 year male.
