Not sure why people make such a big deal out of Cedric. He always looks a few weeks/months out. Arnold seems to really like Cedric's physique because he's tall with a small waist. But, in terms of conditioning, a lot remains to be seen.

he is never peeled, nor the lines

dexter and bonac 100x over him every show

but he appears to be a fan favorite, military guy so those help him big time
