Saw Snuka at some mudshow in the late 90s. He was what mid 50s then? Was still jacked and did the top rope dive onto Greg Valentine.

Jimmy when in shape was pretty impressive. Pics don't do him justice to what he actually looked like in old vids from the late 70's and early 80's. He honestly looked incredible up until the early 90's.

In 1979 I was working as a security guard in a high rise in Waikiki where some pro wrestlers lived. A place called the 'Marine Surf'.
I get a call from the front desk about loud music in one of the units and sure enough it was the wrestlers place.
I knocked on the door and Snuka answers with a scowl on his face. I explained the reason I was there and although he never said a word they did turn the music down..
Maybe he was off his cycle but he wasn't very tall or bulky as I remember. I was kind of surprised.

He swung by my gym in the very early ‘90s, as did many WWF wrestlers when the company was in town (Toronto).

Jimmy was extremely muscular and jacked ... and also incredibly sweaty. Never have I witnessed a man sweat so profusely and “greasily”. Seriously. My buddy and I moved over to a machine Snuka had just used and the seat was literally a pool of slimy ass juice.

He was in a tank top and beads were pouring off him the entire time he was in that gym. It was unnerving. And particularly gross.
