Why? Because we have all listened to metal while training, except fr those who like other music which is fine as well.

Made me think of Giles story about Ozzy re his dad's pub.

Kudos to Ozzy and Zakk Wylde's son. Every Newfie canadian I have ever met is a top notch fucker, every single one. I am sure my fellow Canadians can agree except the douchebag ones of course
