Dallas was the Ironage resident clown. Always making light in the threads but not actually that funny.

Dallas, Terry Strand and myself were all banned from the Ironage Forum on the same day. No reason was given.

The three of us were among those who contributed plenty of posts there.

It is all moot now because the forum is closed. The reason given is some virus.

Shawn Perine is also gone so I guess we might never know what happened there.

Last week I met Lydia Tack in Sydney and she gave me copies of the posts we started there re Zabo. Lydia was once married to Zabo.

Yes, I'm going to be bringing in a whole new package this year. I'm coming in a bit lighter to bring out
more cuts in my quads and dropped the insulin during this year's prep but still leaving in the HGH. It's time I quit playing the size game and focus more on quality and overall conditioning. You'll also be seeing more back shots during my new revamped posing routine.
