SMM's reveal was pretty big, as was the end of Dave "Sarcasm" Mirz' stupidity when he was outed as some fat trailer Paki who beat his wife (or somesuch). A bunch of people here placated him simply for fear of him following them around the board with lame "hahaha, I bet you wipe the peanut butter off your peanut butter and dick sandwiches" jokes. I'm all for some teasing and outright bullshitting, but put a new spin on it, at least; don't go full retard with the same tired material.
True Adonis' meltdown over losing that Getbig contest is also up there. Adam took on a weird series of personas here after that, ranging from some dueling code to this stilted writing like some kid who suddenly discovered a thesaurus but failed to understand the basis of good writing (e.g., minimizing the passive voice).
Anything Melvin might qualify, but since he openly admits to his assploits, it's not easy to make fun of him. At least he's not so fucking dumb as to think the Earth is flat.
