Phil Heath in 2018 = Branch Warren until he retired. Keeps winning because the judges have made a democratic and unified decision that he's the champion and that is that.

Agreed, everything flows better, small waist, wide shoulders, etc. Phil looks bad in the double-bicep poses, like Spongebob w/ anchor arms.
Glad Rhoden won anyways, needed a change for the better.
