-Workout Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
-Do bench press, military press, weighted pull ups, barbell rows, squats.
-do 3 sets of each at 8 reps.
-Never go to failure, stop a set just before you feel like you will be grinding reps.
-Once you can do 3 sets of 8 on an exercise without grinding out reps, move up 5 pounds.
-If you want you can throw in a few accessory exercises such as pushdowns, curls, lateral raises etc...but keep the overall volume fairly low.
If you follow this routine, you will build a quality physique over time. Make sure to get your 8 hours of sleep every, drink plenty of water and eat a healthy diet.
