Phil Hernon pretty much exclusivelt trains on the X3 only for the past year. No bullshit. I have seen him train on it whenever I visit my father in Florida. I train at the same gym as Phil. Other than the X3.. he uses a few heavy duty rubber bands for other movements.
having seen Phil's postings and scams on the internet the last 15-20 years something tells me he probably is selling those things are gets a cut. Every time he gets involved with a system, supplement, borderline drug etc he goes into the whole this is what keeps him "in shape" for his age etc when we all know its his fucking genetics and 30 years of gear at varying doses
and like someone posted why the fuck would he work out at a gym if this is all he needs?
