is anyone at their strongest at 50 drug free lifetime natty?

it seems possible say a 450 bench

at least 20 years on n off lifting

it would seem doable with so many creative eating that youl figur out a really good nutrtion game plan to fit in your life.

i think maybe 1 or 2 here has reached that level here che and ynwhierods, however i know che in real life his name is hector but hes 5feet6 benchs 400 he said

some dudes peaking in their late 40s etc maybe 50s

Some people are able to.

I Think with the right genetics a natural can bench 500. Nattys can get pretty strong if they also get fat. You are only able to put on so much muscles being lean. If you allow yourself to get fat your body is able to put on more muscles. I Think it has to do with how much hormones you produce. Which is less when you are lean.
