Although most getbiggers are the most manliest, muscular men to walk the face of the planet, have any of you Iron Warriors ever worked out with Kettle Balls? I was inspired by 10 Pints advice to use Kettle Balls for bicep curls. However, I decided to use kettle balls when bench pressing and damn, its actually really tough to keep them appropriately balanced and I felt quite the pump in my pectoral muscles!

Adds variety in training but nothing special. Have a set at home though

why not justlift a lawn mower in the air for reps if u want different "feels"

I have double set from 8kg - 64kg , KB kill dumbels/barbells.
Just try to do 'Turkish get up' with "only" 16kg KB ,

SF, KettleBELLS are OK, to add some variety.

For those who do pullovers, a heavy KettleBALL makes the movement easy and more comfortable than dicking around w/ a heavy d-bell.
(Easier to hold on to).

You can tie it to your already massive crank, and let it stretch it out even more if needed. V-Trips dont need it, he already has the kielbasa...
