you cant express one without the other. i have thought this through , if u tell me why im wrong, ill explain why im right and so on.

im trying to figure out whats holding me back from the former. sure eating steaks is the easy answer... i feel the energy gates are locked after a few sets. something in my brain is making me quit when im not even that tired

Motivation is making yourself do something you don't want to do, and doing it well.

Yes I agree, once your motivation for the work task is gone so does all energy for it, I get this if I have to overspend on materials reducing profit off the job, once this happens just getting off the couch to the van in the morning is an arduous task
