ive tried to fast, i do best if i fast 1 day (24-36 hours) no food vs time restricted eating

when you fast - no BCAAs, no coffee, no tea nothing but water


1 day 36 h  ???

This study shows that the higher the protein in the diet, and the higher protein to carb ratio, the lower the testosterone.

Still a carb-based diet according to table 2 not carnivore or keto, which should make a difference.

I just did a 40+hr fast. Gonna keep working my way up to 72.

Key is staying busy and somehow getting to sleep.

that seems do-able.

its the going for days without any food at all, that sounds extreme IMO

The first 12-18 hours are the most difficult.  After that, you stop getting hungry and can go on for a long time

36hours is the ideal fast .. 48 and upwards is difficult to manage
