I don't crossfit. It doesn't appeal to me. To judge the elderly, soccer moms and the out of shape people who train at cross fit gyms isn't fair. I could go to any bodybuilding gym and instantly find 10 to 20 horrifically out of shape people training there. The elite of the sport are amazing athletes. I think bodybuilders should at the minimum include an Olympic lift like a power clean to increase power, speed and athletic attributes. Body part training isn't athletic training.
