Loose neck skin potential solutions
« on: August 22, 2018, 11:37:01 AM »
So I went on a rapid weight loss and while I am quite pleased with the rock hard defined musculature that has resulted, I am left with a perplexing condition. My face was very full and round when I was heavier and it is now chiseled (think of a young Van Damme). I had massive double and triple chins, and now that they are gone, I am left with a lot of loose, sagging neck skin. The solution I came up with is to do heavy resistance exercises for the neck with weights, the neck harness, head curls off the end of the bench with a plate on my face, etc. That way I will build the neck muscles up to fill out the loose skin. Plus I think it would be cool to have a massively muscled neck. Thoughts?

There’s a unique new tightening treatment for sagging neck skin called hanging by the neck from a noose, strongly suggest you try it

Not an option. Besides, it is my personal belief that all of my problems can be solved with a barbell.

How bad or noticeable is it?

Well, I try to keep it tucked into my shirt collar but it constantly spills out and over. The best way I can describe it is like a flesh bib.

Steal the Steve Jobs turtleneck look. He's not using it.

If you are reasonably young (20s) skin can sometimes shrink back.

Give those neck-ercises a try.

Otherwise surgery is the best option.

I use a clothes pin behind my neck and keep my hair long to hide the clothes pin.
